Sorry about that. I wanted to do it last week, but I've been so busy lately, I didn't have time.
This post is a tutorial on how to achieve fuller lips (like Kylie Jenner, #lol) without the painful option and the commitment of going through surgery.
And plus, if you're ever thinking of doing the surgery/lip injections, think of this as a "trial" on how you would like fuller lips on yourself. ;)) XP
These are the before and after pics:

Products used:
- MAC Lip Pencil (Dervish)
- MAC Lip Pencil (Whirl)
- MAC Matte Lipstick (Kinda Sexy)
- Inglot HD Lipgloss (546)
Tutorial:
(1) I only lined the right side of my lips to show the difference it makes of slightly outlining the lips.
(2) Outline the lips with Dervish. Line it just over the line of your lips (don't go too far, it will look unnatural).
Optional: Fill in the lips with Dervish also.
(3) Apply lipstick.
(4) Fill in the corners of the top and bottom lip with Whirl. This is to create the pouty lips which will also give the illusion of fuller lips.
(5) Apply lipgloss. This serves the same purpose as Step (4), but it gives the lips more of a fuller, "3D effect".
You don't have to do all five steps to achieve fuller lips. You can stop at Step (3); or Step (4).
For me, I'd go all the way to Step 4. I'm just not a lipgloss person. Lol.
